The Challenge
An association that has been around for thirty years was not well known to legislators, stakeholders and state partners. ICOG needed a rebrand
that focused on the value Councils of Governments (COGs) bring to communities and highlighting projects they have been involved with.
What We Did
A mapping session was conducted that outlined a message campaign that ICOG wanted audiences to know about them. Capture Management Solutions worked with a committee to discuss the visual representation of ICOG and came up with a new name and brand that connected
its
members with the association.
Once the brand and brand guidelines were created, Capture Management Solutions worked with ICOG to develop a strategy and objectives for end-users visiting their new website. Capture Management Solutions developed the flow, resources and overall feel to the website based on feedback from stakeholders, members and the committee. Our firm kept ICOG updated on the progress of the website and attended a board meeting to present
the features and delineate site launch specifics.
