You’re invited to take Gallup’s CliftonStrengths assessment. This assessment is a powerful online tool that helps Leaders identify, understand and maximize their strengths. Please follow these steps to take the CliftonStrengths assessment and discover your strengths: Visit Gallup Access at https://my.gallup.com Click the Redeem Access Code button at the top of the page. Copy and paste the individual access code assigned to you on the Enter Access Code page, and then click Continue. This CODE is unique to you, please do not share it with anyone else. Sign-in to your account, or register a new account if you don’t have one. After signing in, you will be able to take the CliftonStrengths assessment. I strongly recommend that you utilize a personal email address, and password so that you will always have access to your individual account and your unique reports. Please give yourself 45 minutes of quiet, uninterrupted time to complete it, and remember once you start you have to finish the entire assessment. If you encounter any issues or require assistance, please contact the Gallup Support Team at https://my.gallup.com/_Home/Help Once you’ve completed the assessment, on your account home page, click on the “Menu” button in the upper left-hand corner and follow these steps: Click on CliftonStrengths At the top of the page select and click on the “Community” tab. On the left-hand side of the page, you’ll see “+ Share Your CliftonStrengths” click on that box and a dropdown menu will appear with all of your reports. You’ll also see a box where you can enter an email address to share your report with specific people. Next select all of your reports and share with Bill Lee ( bill@thegallupchamber.com ). Please complete your assessment and share your reports to Bill no later than Monday June 17 th , 2024. Please print a full color copy of your reports and bring them with you for our upcoming Strengths Coaching/Discovery session on July 18 th , 2024.
