What We Did
Innovative thought process in developing empathy mapping strategy, focus group testing and full-scale marketing implementation across several mediums were
used to create the branding for the Iowa Adult Education Literacy Councils. Once the brand and collateral materials
were developed, a state-wide paid advertising campaign was completed. We focused
on high percentage areas where individuals had either not received a high school degree or have attempted to do so, but did not complete.
What We Achieved
Strong call-to-actions were created to find out more information by visiting the microsite to find a local community college or to call into a phone number that would route you to the correct place based on your
zip code. The results showed a 36% increase to the website during the paid advertising campaign and 21% increase to the phone line.
